American manufacturer Benjamin Moore named “Cinnamon Slate” Color of the Year, presenting it as a mix of heathered plum and velvety brown that forms a timeless yet sensible aesthetic.
Sherwin Willams’ 2025 color capsule also included a warm violet entitled “Mauve Finery”, a sophisticated tone that adds a fresh touch to interior spaces either as a wall color or a subtle accent.
